Choose from a large range of cardio equipment available at our facility. We have treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes, rower, stair climbers and rowers in the main cardio area and additional ski ergs and assault bikes in our functional area for you to spend your time sweating it out.
THE PIT!! Our functional training area we use for group fitness classes, personal training, private hire for school sport and sporting teams on request and of course for our members to do their own workout or our WOW (workout of the week, updated on the white board weekly).
Our back weights room has after hours access for those who wish to add it the their membership for a one off fee. The weights room includes some cardio machines for warming up, dumbbells, barbells, pin loaded machines, cable machines, benches, squat racks, chin-up bars, lifting platforms and loads more.
With over 50 group fitness classes on the timetable including Les Mills pre-choreographed classes & freestyle classes such as HIIT, boxing and aqua there really is a class for everyone.
Our bike studio is dedicated to Les Mills RPM and SPRINT classes. Members are also welcome to utilise bikes when no classes are scheduled.
Our two pools are heated to 30+ degrees for hydrotherapy, learn to swim and aqua fitness classes. A pool timetable is available at reception to view the availabilities for when the pool is free for use.
PERSONAL TRAINING & EXERCISE PROGRAMS
We have one-on-one or group personal training session available for 30 or 45 minutes. If a training program is what you're after one of our knowledgeable personal trainers can help you with your fitness needs. Please call to organise a suitable time and day
Our cheche is free to all members and fitness passport holders provided they book before opening hours. You can contact us via Facebook or call reception yo book in.
