A high energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. the energising tunes will lead you through the workout and challenge your limits in a good way.

The Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength to leave you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weights room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.

SPRINT by Les Mills


Indoor cycling + HIIT = SPRINT. A short, intense style training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. A 30min high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.



A combination of strength, cardio, endurance, power and core exercises using functional movement patterns. You will target all major muscle groups in one workout. All levels of fitness welcome and perfect for those who love training outdoors rain, hail or shine.

CX Worx by Les Mills
CORE by Les Mills


This class provides the vital ingredients for a stronger body. A challenging but achievable core workout for all levels of fitness. During the 30 minute workout you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises such as crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Grit Strength by Les Mills


A 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training


A training technique in which you will give all-out one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This class will involve boxing, skipping, rowing, jumping, running and body weight movements. This circuit style class will run for 45 minutes and will incinerate fat and burn calories long after you've finished.

RPM by Les Mills


A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.


Slow, flowing movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility, alignment, balance and gentle strengthening. It is also great for body/mind stress management and relaxation. Body centring allows a much better mind-to-body connection during yoga poses. Having a regular yoga routine will greatly benefit and enhance every other activity in your life.
